Birth Doula

“One of the most effective tools to improve labor and delivery outcomes is the continuous support of a doula .”

My Role as Your Doula:

Physical Care

Emotional Support

Education

Advocacy

There are many ways to become a family, and the story of your motherhood journey is yours to share, which is why I feel immense gratitude and awe each time I am invited to be alongside families during these sacred times. I affirm and support mothers, partners, and families of all identities.

As your Doula, I am trained professionally through DONA and commit to providing you the most up-to-date evidence, so you can make informed decisions. You will find I am approachable and compassionate, calm in stressful situations, and will advocate for your well-being above all else. I will work creatively to help you feel safe in your body. I will be alongside you as you navigate all the uncertainties of pregnancy and childbirth — so that you can thrive as a family.
